I am an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow working with the Temir group at Leipzig University, where I am investigating how to directly answer complex medical questions using Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing techniques.

Previously, I was a postdoctoral research fellow in the ielab research group at The University of Queensland, where I performed research in the field of Information Retrieval, focusing on systematic review automation.

I completed my PhD in 2021, supervised by Guido Zuccon and Bevan Koopman at The University of Queensland in Australia.
